POP Taco & Bar is brainchild of Chef/Owner Ben Rivero and Chef Gabriela Ramirez. Here they blend Chef Rivero’s culinary training and Chef Ramirez insight in Mexican spices and flavor to bring delicious modern cuisine to your table. This focus creates dishes like Filipino style Sisig Tacos and southern style Hot Honey Chicken Tacos while still making damn good Birria Tacos! All in a casual taco bar atmosphere.
POP Taco & Bar matches its wide-ranging food menu with its beverage program. Created by Beverage Manager Kevan Salkind, we offer up from-scratch cocktails drawing inspiration from Mexican classics. He combines infusions and craft Mexican spirits to make cocktails you remember. Our full bar also includes Mexican and local craft beers, wine and sangria.
